Off Season Conditioning

Off-season?

No such thing. To be the best you have to train like the best.

Courtesy of Dan Breslin the Rhinos are running strength and conditioning sessions three times a week, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

Tuesdays and Thursday sessions are from 19:30 to 20:30 in Castleknock College, all you need is to turn up and give it your all, no equipment required.

Sunday sessions are from 12:30 to 13:30.

All current Rhinos are encouraged to attend and if you are a potential or future Rhino you are also welcome to come along and take part in the training.
